How do I collect wishes from former colleagues?
You can share the unique link with both current and former colleagues via email, WhatsApp or other channels. Anyone with the link can add a video message, regardless of whether they still work at the company.
When should we start collecting?
We recommend starting 4-6 weeks before the retirement party. This gives everyone enough time to record a nice message and you collect enough contributions for a successful compilation.
Can the retiree view this later themselves?
Yes! After the party, you can give the retiree access to the page or share the video compilation as a download. You can also export all wishes as PDF or video (depending on your plan).
How do we keep it secret until the party?
You can choose to only show the compilation during the party. The link to add wishes is only shared with contributors, not with the retiree. This way it remains a complete surprise.
Can we combine this with a physical gift?
Absolutely! Many organizations combine the video compilation with a traditional farewell gift. The video enhances the emotional value and makes the moment extra special.
How many colleagues can leave wishes?
