How do I collect wishes from former colleagues?
You can share the unique link with both current and former colleagues via email, WhatsApp or other channels. Anyone with the link can add a video message, regardless of whether they still work at the company.
When should we start collecting?
We recommend starting 4-6 weeks before the retirement party. This gives everyone enough time to record a nice message and you collect enough contributions for a successful compilation.
Can the retiree view this later themselves?
Yes! After the party, you can give the retiree access to the page or share the video compilation as a download. You can also export all wishes as PDF or video (depending on your plan).
How do we keep it secret until the party?
You can choose to only show the compilation during the party. The link to add wishes is only shared with contributors, not with the retiree. This way it remains a complete surprise.
Can we combine this with a physical gift?
Absolutely! Many organizations combine the video compilation with a traditional farewell gift. The video enhances the emotional value and makes the moment extra special.
How many colleagues can leave wishes?
With the free plan, 10 colleagues can leave wishes. With Basic that's 50 wishes, and with Premium you get unlimited wishes – ideal for larger departments!
Can we add photos from the past?
Yes! You can add photos from when the colleague worked at the company. This makes the wish page more personal and nostalgic.
Are all wishes permanently preserved?
Wishes are only preserved as long as the active subscription runs. When the subscription expires, wishes are automatically deleted after a short period. You can export them at any time as PDF or video compilation.
Can I keep the wish page private?
Yes! The page is by default only accessible via the unique link you share. With Premium you can also add a password for extra privacy.
What happens after the free trial period?
With the free plan your page stays online for 7 days and you can receive up to 20 wishes. When a paid subscription expires, wishes are no longer preserved.
Can colleagues edit their wishes after posting?
Colleagues cannot adjust their own wishes afterwards. As an organizer, you can moderate when needed.
Can multiple colleagues organize the page?
Yes! With Premium you can add multiple organizers who manage the retirement page together.
Does the wish page work on mobile phones?
Certainly! Colleagues can share their videos and messages from any smartphone or tablet. The page works perfectly on all devices.
