Is there support for multiple administrators?

How does billing work?
We bill monthly or annually (with discount). You receive one invoice per month for your entire organization. Payment via invoice or direct debit is possible.
What if we expect more than 100 wishes?
No problem! Our Business package has no limit on the number of wishes per project. Whether it's 50 or 500 wishes, the system can handle it without extra costs.
Can we moderate wishes before publication?
Yes, as an administrator you can review all wishes before they become visible. This way you maintain control over the content and prevent inappropriate messages.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No, you can cancel monthly. We believe in flexibility and trust that our service speaks for itself. We do offer discounts for annual contracts.
What statistics are available?
You get access to an extensive dashboard with number of wishes per project, views, engagement, most active period and demographics. Export data to Excel for reporting.
Is onboarding and training included?

Can we download and save videos?

What happens to data upon cancellation?
You retain access to all your data for 30 days after cancellation. During that period you can download all videos and wishes. Privacy and ownership come first.
